Question 1

Will it actually remind my parent to take their medications?

Accepted Answer

Golden Agendas sends scheduled email reminders each morning and evening, and you can have a copy sent to your own address so you know the reminder went out.

Question 2

My parent isn't tech-savvy. Will they really be able to use it?

Accepted Answer

It is voice-first. They tap a microphone and speak naturally with no typing or menus, and can tap one button to hear their whole day read aloud.

Question 3

Do I have to set it up for them?

Accepted Answer

You can. With one shared account you add their events and medications, and they simply open the app and tap to hear their schedule.

Question 4

What happens if they miss a reminder?

Accepted Answer

Reminders depend on their device, email, and internet connection, so they can occasionally be missed or delayed. Golden Agendas is a helping hand, not a replacement for your own check-ins or professional care.

Question 5

Can I see whether they actually took their meds?

Accepted Answer

They check off each dose in the app as they take it, and the weekly adherence summary shows how many doses were logged. It is self-reported.

Question 6

Is my parent's information safe?

Accepted Answer

You control your data and can delete the account anytime. Full payment card details are never stored. See the Privacy Policy for details.
